THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2002 Next time you eat some potato chips, you just might be eating Navajo potatoes. Navajo Agricultural Products Industry, a business enterprise of the Navajo Nation, sends most of its potato crop to Frito Lay. Other companies also receive the tribe's potatoes. NAPI's potato crops are managed by Veronica Silversmith. Get the Story:
