Bush daughters cited for alcohol

Authorities in Texas issued two misdemeanor citations to President Bush's twin 19-year-old daughters for an incident in which one allegedy tried to purchase alcohol using a fake ID while the other was served alcohol.

Jenna was declined a drink at an Austin restaurant after she produced a third-party identification. Barbara was served a drink but it is not known if she was ever carded by the restaurant.

The White House declined comment, stating it was a private matter. pleaded no contest May 16 to possession of alcohol.

Bush quit drinking alcohol on his 40th birthday. In 1976, he pleaded guilty to to drunk driving.
