At a summer meeting in Boston, Massachusetts, the Republican National Committee on Thursday announced a new initiative aimed at attracting more females to the GOP.

The drive will include recruitment more women to run for political office as well as education and promotion of President Bush's policies.

The party has previously announced a focus on recruiting more Hispanic voters. No initiatives are planned for Native Americans.
