Ousted Seminole chief Jim Billie is prepared to ask Secretary of Interior Gale Norton to put him back in power, his attorney says.

Billie wants the Bureau of Indian Affairs or Norton to intervene somehow. He was suspended from the tribal council, which last week rejected his attempt to put the issue before voters.
