Dennis Banks and Clyde Bellecourt from the American Indian Movement joined about 50 protesters for a peaceful rally Thursday at the Win-E-Mac School in Erskine, Minnesota.

The US Department of Education Office for Civil Rights is currently investigating a report filed by a mother whose sons were allegedly taunted during a basketball pep really featuring "Cowboys" who were going to send teachers dressed up as Indians "back to the reservation."
