MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2002 "I am watching a family being totally destroyed because the breadwinner became addicted to gambling at one of our tribal casinos. He owns his own business, and up until recently was very successful. He has a wife and three kids. He works hard but instead of paying his employees and his family's bills he takes his paychecks to the gambling halls. He hasn't made a mortgage payment in six months.
