Leaders gather for tech conference

Tribal and technology leaders gathered in Palo Alto, California, for a conference addressing the digital divide in Indian Country.

The conference focused on finding ways to make sure tribal colleges aren't left out of the push for technology. Tribal college leaders met with companies such as Microsoft and IBM to discuss how to bring tribal colleges online while preserving sovereignty.
