COVID-19 in Indian Country
Bureau of Indian Education schools on the Navajo Nation will open for students via distance learning for the first nine weeks of the 2020-21 school year due to COVID-19.

The total number of positive COVID-19 cases for the Navajo Nation is 10,059 as of September 16, 2020. Reports indicate 7,190 coronavirus recoveries on the largest reservation in the United States.
