After surviving three gunshot wounds at close range, Jim Shore, the general counsel for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, is recuperating under armed guard.

Shore, who is blind, was shot in January. Authorities say it was called a professional-style hit.

The tribe has offered a $50,000 reward. The FBI is investigating.
