Alaska Native racism detailed

An advisory panel to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has issued a report on racism in the state of Alaska.
The report details discrimination felt by Alaska Natives in schools, the workplace and the justice system. It was developed after a series of statewide hearings were held after three white youths attacked Alaska Natives with a paint-ball gun.
The report contains 43 recommendations.
