Native village said dysfunctional

Little has changed since the reopening of the McQueen School in Kivalina, Alaska, because the community is dysfunctional, a team assigned to sort out the mess has said.

The school was closed due to threats cited by staff and teacher. In a February 27 report, the team doesn't blame any specific person or persons for the school's problems but says students, parents and teachers have contributed.
