Leaders discuss technology
SEPTEMBER 26, 2000 Tribal leaders are gathering in St. Paul, Minnesota, for the Indian Telecom Training Initiative conference, sponsored by the Federal Communications Commission. The four-day conference, which ends on Thursday, has drawn more than 600 leaders in an effort to make sure technology doesn't bypass reservations or reservation residents. Get the Story:
