The Seminole Tribe of Florida has settled a lawsuit with a company that built a $20 million casino.
The tribe had a contract with Coconut Creek Gaming to manage the casino. But the tribe sought to back out of the agreement, saying it wasn't approved by the Bureau of Indian Affairs or the National Indian Gaming Commission.
According to The Miami Herald, the settlement calls for the tribe to assume complete control of the Coconut Creek casino.
