The Stillaguamish Tribe of Washington has been given 30 days to remove a large billboard advertising its casino.
The sign is not located on trust land so it must conform to state law. In addition to being too close to the casino's highway exit, it is located on land that is not zoned for industrial use.
The casino opened in October.
