Another Ohio deal for off-reservation casino

A fourth municipality in Ohio has signed a deal for an off-reservation casino with the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.

The village of Lordstown agreed to a Class III facility by a 4-2 vote. The tribe envisions a $125 million to $250 million resort.

The tribe has already struck deals with Botkins, Monroe and Lorain to open casinos near major highways.
