A Florida man is upset that the Seminole Tribe's casino won't pay out a $260,000 jackpot.
Freddy Howard, 53, thought he won the money on a gaming machine at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood. He was given an oversized cardboard check and posed for pictures.
But casino officials told him the machine malfunctioned and that he wouldn't get any money. He now says the casino won't return his phone calls.
