Pastors meet again to oppose Miss Choctaw casino

A group of pastors in Jackson County, Mississippi, met again on Wednesday to discuss their opposition to a proposed off-reservation casino.

Jackson County United for Families was formed in response to the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians' plan to build a casino near Interstate 10. The tribe started the land-into-trust process in May.

The pastors say their campaign is based on opposition to gambling. Other opponents are targeting the casino because the tribe won't pay taxes on gaming revenues.

The tribe says it won't move forward without local support.
