The Menominee Nation of Wisconsin has agreed to allow unions at its proposed off-reservation casino.

The tribe wants to convert an old dog track in Kenosha into a Class III facility. The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut is backing the project

Unions are trying to make inroads at tribal casinos. The Mohegan Tribe said the Menominee agreement won't have an affect on unions at the Mohegan Sun Casino.
