Cheyenne-Arapaho rules on use of casino revenue

The Supreme Court of the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma has ruled that Gov. Darrell Flyingman has control of tribal gaming revenues.

The court ordered treasurer Robert Wilson to turn over the money to the governor. More than $6 million is at stake, The Oklahoman reported.

The court also said Wilson can't serve as a tribal legislator and treasurer. Wilson and other legislators were refusing to allow Flyingman to control the money.
