Two Kansas tribes support gaming expansion bill

Two Kansas tribes are hoping to open one of the casinos that are being authorized under a new state law.

The Sac and Fox Tribe and the Kickapoo Tribe bought 80 acres in Wyandotte County. They hope to bid for one of the casinos authorized for the county.

But another tribe isn't happy about the expansion of gaming in the state. The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation is planning a lawsuit, saying the new law is unconstitutional and will hurt Indian gaming.
