Connecticut summit to show tribal gaming impact

The first Native American Economic Impact Summit is being held in Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday.

The summit will highlight the impact of tribal gaming on the state. The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and the Mohegan Tribe operate two highly successful casinos.

The event is being organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut.
