Work continues on $200M Quapaw casino

Work continues on the Quapaw Tribe's $200 million casino near the intersections of Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. The Downstream Casino Resort is set to open this summer. A hotel at the site will open in the fall. The resort won't be the only gaming development in the area. Kansas has authorized a major casino in Cherokee County that will more than five times the size of the Quapaw facility. The gaming portion of the Quapaw casino is located in Oklahoma.
