The Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma hopes to open the first phase of its new casino in early 2009. The 272,000 square-foot facility in Tulsa will feature a casino with 2,800 gaming machines, a 480-seat buffet and lounge area and a parking garage. The first phase will cost $160 million.
