Pascua Yaqui lawsuit against poker room delayed

The Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona will have to wait three more months before its lawsuit against a poker room will be heard.

The tribe sued in state court to shut down the Club Royale poker room in Tucson. The tribe says the facility violates state gaming laws and interferes with its gaming operation.

A judge was due to hear the case on September 29 but the hearing was pushed back to December 15. The state says it has been looking into the poker room.
