Quechan Nation President Mike Jackson won't say whether the tribe has secured financing to complete a $125 million casino expansion. Work at the Quechan Casino Resort near Yuma, Arizona, is about 60 percent complete. The tribe needs $25 million to finish the project but financing has been hard to find due to the tight economy.
