Cities oppose Warm Springs off-reservation casino

Three cities in Oregon and three cities in Washington have sent letters to the Bureau of Indian AffairsConfederated Tribes of Warm Springs.

The cities say the casino would increase pollution and traffic and limit access to affordable housing.

The tribes are seeking a casino in Cascade Locks, Oregon, about 69 miles from the border of its reservation.
