Seminole Tribe to unveil $22M casino expansion

The Seminole Tribe of Florida opens a $22 million expansion of one of its casinos on Thursday.

The tribe nearly doubled the size of the Seminole Casino Immokalee. The facility now includes a deli-style restaurant, an entertainment lounge and more gaming space.

The number of employees at the casino has grown, too, from 350 to 1,000 people. "We believe we can sustain the growth in the community," general manager Tony Sanchez Jr. told The Naples Daily News.
