St. Regis Mohawk Tribe still in Catskills game

It looks like the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe of New York and a former gaming partner are back in business.

The tribe sued Empire Resorts last year after the Bush administration rejected a proposed off-reservation casino in the Catskills. The tribe settled the lawsuit and Empire said it was planning a project without the Mohawks.

But Empire President Joseph Bernstein said the two parties are working together again. They hope the Obama administration will reverse course and approve the casino.
