Second top executive leaves Dry Creek Pomo casino

John Cirrincione, the chief operating officer of the casino owned by the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians of California, resigned his position.

Cirrincione is the second executive to leave the River Rock Casino in less than two months. CEO and general manager Scott Garawitz left in December.

The casino has seen an 8 percent drop in revenues.
