At least two groups submitted comments on the proposed Enterprise Rancheria casino in California.

The Sierra Nevada Group said the environmental impact statement for the casino failed to address the casino's impact on air quality. The Grass Valley Neighbors also said traffic to the facility could decrease air quality.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs closed the comment period on the EIS last week. The tribe hopes for a record of decision by November.
