Crow Tribe to use $3M Shakopee loan to build a new casino

The Crow Tribe of Montana agreed to the terms of a $3 million that will be used for a new casino.

The tribe previously accepted a $2.5 million loan from the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community of Minnesota. Legislators voted 14-0 to a new agreement for the higher amount.

The money will be used to replace the aging Little Big Horn Casino. The National Indian Gaming Commission reportedly told the tribe to find a new building by November 1.
