The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi in Michigan plans to open a hotel at its casino by late 2012. The tribe is adding a hotel and multi-purpose event center to the FireKeepers Casino. The eight-story hotel will feature 242 rooms and the center will fit up to 2,000 people for concerts and can be used for conferences, weddings and other events.
