Thanks to a $66 million financing deal, the Pauma Band of Luiseño Indians in California will be able to spend $10 million on a casino upgrade.

The tribe is renovating the structure that houses Casino Pauma. Plans call for a new buffet, a new entrance, new lighting, and new carpeting and ceiling, The North County Times reported.
