Gun Lake Tribe shares $8M in gaming revenues with community

The Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians, also known as the Gun Lake Tribe, shared nearly $8 million in gaming revenues with the state and local governments in Michigan.

The tribe shared $6.4 million with the state and $1.4 million for local communities affected by the Gun Lake Casino. The payment was the third since the facility opened in February 2011.

The tribe has shared a total of $18 million since last year.
