Judge concludes Kialegee Tribal Town didn't violate casino order

A federal judge said the Kialegee Tribal Town hasn't violated a court order that bars gaming at an Indian allotment in Oklahoma.

The tribe suspended construction of the Red Clay Casino after the order was issued back in May. But the state accused the tribe of violating the decision by allowing the sale of fireworks at a stand on the allotment.

Judge Gregory Frizzell disagreed and said the operation of the stand wasn't barred by his decision.
