Seneca Nation working on expansions for three gaming locations

The Seneca Nation is working to expand all three of its gaming facilities in New York.

The tribe just broke ground on a $130 million permanent home for the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo. The 65,000 square-foot facility is expected to open in October or November of 2013.

Meanwhile, the tribe is expanding the Seneca Allegany Casino and Hotel. The number of hotel rooms will nearly double, from 213 to 413, so the facility is looking to hire about 50 more people when work finishes this fall.

Finally, the tribe is adding to the footprint of the Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel. A gas station and convenience store are in the works.
