Two years ago, Oregon voters decisively said no. With a state Lottery and nine tribal casinos, Oregonians chose not to welcome non-tribal gambling enterprises.

Now, with the same developers renewing their pitch for a “family friendly entertainment and casino destination” near Portland, voters have no reason to change their minds."
