Navajo Nation man to oversee tribe's growing casino operation

The Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise will have a new leader come January 1, 2013, and it will be a tribal member.

Derrick Watchman, who resides in Arizona, currently serves as chief financial officer for the NNGE. But he will take over as CEO from Robert Winter, who is resigning.

The tribe operates three casinos in New Mexico and is building a large resort in Arizona that's expected to open next summer.
