Chumash Tribe's casino liquor licenses includes 18 conditions

The Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians must comply with 18 conditions for its casino liquor license.

The license allows the tribe to to sell liquor in more areas at the Chumash Casino Hotel and Resort except on the gaming floor, in the cafe and during certain events in the showroom. The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control also barred happy hours, imposed time restraints and required appropriate training for staff that handle liquor sales.

Opponents are expected to file appeals.
