Jamul Band faces hurdles in plan for $360M reservation casino

The Jamul Indian Village of California plans to open a $360 million on its reservation but the plan faces local opposition.

The tribe wants new road access for the new casino, according to The San Diego Union-Tribune. Caltrans, the state transportation agency, hasn't approved the project.

The paper is planning to do a bigger story on the casino. Reporter Roxana Popescu is looking for sources.
