Seneca Nation to distribute overdue casino revenue payments

The Seneca Nation will host New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) today to mark the end of a gaming revenue dispute.

The tribe will make $349.7 million in back payments in order to end a dispute over exclusivity provisions in the Class III gaming compact. The tribe is keeping another $209.8 million.

Cuomo will visit all three of the tribe's casinos today to share $89 million with the city of Niagara Falls, $34.5 million with the city of Salamanca and $15.5 million with the city of Buffalo.
