Victor Rocha to receive American Gaming Association award

Victor Rocha, the owner and editor of Pechanga.net, will receive the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award for Gaming Communications from the American Gaming Association.

Rocha, a member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians in California, started his website in 1998. He's being recognized for his work in educating the public about gaming issues.

Rocha will receive the award during the AGA Communications Awards Luncheon in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 25.
