The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma submitted a revised Class III gaming compact to the Bureau of Indian Affairs in response to concerns raised by the agency. The tribe signed a new compact in April to settle a dispute over Internet gaming. The tribe agreed to shut down a website and share 20 percent of revenues from online games with the state. The compact was sent to the BIA but the agency raised concerns about potential violations of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Capitol Beak OK reported. A revised deal was submitted on September 13.
