Osage Nation opens expanded casino with three-story hotel

The Osage Nation of Oklahoma debuted an expansion of one of its casinos on Monday.

The Osage Casino in Skiatook features a new gaming area and a 33-room, three-story hotel. There's also a fitness center, swimming pool and convention space.

"The nation is thrilled to be celebrating the opening of Osage Casino-Skiatook," Assistant Principal Chief Scott BigHorse said in a press release, The Tulsa World reported. "It not only benefits the nation, it positively impacts the Skiatook community."

The tribe has been upgrading all seven of its casinos. The total cost has been reported at $60 million.
