Ute Mountain Ute Tribe undergoes casino renovation project

The Ute Mountain Ute Tribe of Colorado is updating its gaming facility.

The tribe started off by upgrading the main restaurant at the Ute Mountain Casino last fall. Now, the facility is getting nearly 200 more slot machines and will see some refreshes on the gaming floor.

The casino opened in 1992 and was the first Indian gaming facility in Colorado.
