The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe is expected to miss a second gaming revenue sharing payment in Louisiana.

The tribe wasn't able to make the payment for October-December 2013. The January-March distribution isn't expected either, The Avoyelles Journal reported.

The Paragon Casino Resort is reportedly operating at a net loss so the tribe can't share 6 percent of the net profits as required by the Class III gaming compact.
