The Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma is keeping things local with its casino restaurant.

The Red Oak Steakhouse at the Downstream Casino Resort features products supplied by the tribe's nearby farm. There's produce, honey and, soon, steaks from the local cattle herd.

"We’re just trying to diversify our economy of the tribe, and we want to be able to provide our own restaurants with beef that we control from birth to the plate and make sure it’s real good-quality stuff,” Chairman John Berrey told the Associated Press.

The casino is located in Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.
