Details about the crime remain scarce but it looks like an indicted leader of the Muscogee Nation of Oklahoma used his tribal credit card to take out money at casinos.

Second chief Roger Dana Barnett is accused of stealing $150,000 from the tribe. The grand jury charge said the crime occurred from April 2013 through April 2014.

“It comes from an account that he has with the tribe and he would use a debit card to withdraw the money from an ATM at the casinos," U.S. Attorney Danny Williams told FOX23.

The remaining documents in Barnett's case are under seal. He has been released under personal recognizance.
