The Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma is expanding the agricultural program that supplies food to its signature its restaurant.

The Red Oak Steakhouse at the Downstream Casino Resort features products supplied by the tribe's nearby farm. There's produce, honey, bison and cattle.

The tribe is bringing even more cattle to the farm -- about 140 Angus cattle. The restaurant plans to serve Angus beef by the beginning of next year, Four States Homepage reported.
