A college student was arrested on theft charges in connection with an incident at a casino owned by the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan Thomas Rawls, 21, surrendered to tribal police on Sunday, according to news reports. He's charged with one count of larceny in a building, one count of possessing a stolen credit card and one count of credit card fraud for allegedly stealing a woman's purse from the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort and using her credit card to make a purchase. Rawls plays football for the Central Michigan University. He was suspended before a game on Saturday after the team learned about the incident, which occurred in April. Get the Story:
